Wuhan (Feb. 3-4)

After we arrived in Yichang, the options were either to take the 14h-hard-sitter to Guilin directly or the 4h bus to Wuhan continuing to Guilin via hard sleeper. We chose the latter one. The metropolitan area consists of three parts - Wuchang, Hankou, and Hanyang, commonly called the "Three Towns of Wuhan". Despite promise, we were dropped off in Hankou and took a taxi back to Wuchang where our train was departing the other day. Here were are starrig with the nicest taxi driver that I have ever encountered in China so far. He helped us bargaining for this crib displayed below and drove us to a special place where we found the best Chinese food that I have also eaten so far and everything without charge. We left money in the taxi in the end because he did not accept it. Instead he ran after us and insisted on returning. The picture looks a little bit messy, but the taste was unbelievable.
