Ni hao Chinese sympathizers, I am staying in Beijing, China for one year to get familiar with different kinds of rice sorts, learn how to throw chopsticks, practice spitting and riding a bike without tyres .. or is this sheer nonsense? I'll clear you up!

Xishuangbanna (Feb. 17-19)

Taking the sleeping bus for 19 hours down South? Yeah, the landscape totally changes from the rocky mountains with freezing temperatures to the hot tropics.

Spitting, farting, puking, everything accompanied us.

Xishuangbanna or Sipsongpanna is an autonomous prefecture in southern Yunnan Province. The native name literally means "twelve thousand rice fields". The capital city is Jinghong.

We met up with our American friends from Beijing, John and Christina.
And also delivered love messages from our pal in Dongba language to a Chinese girl.
Lots of never-seen-before local delicacies.
Awesome construction, impressive the position offside the road.
Mariachi giving a free concert on da streetz.

Our cute driver.
Finally, we hit nature and hiked through the forests in order to look for a huge waterfall.
He was supposed to give us directions...
...but we never found it!

...but encountered other nice impressions that were equally beautiful.

In the afternoon, we went to this park to see 100% true rain forest.

That upcoming night was the worst that I have ever had in China due to the entire pineapple I ate. All kinds of wonderful accidents occured that night followed by a day of just lying in a level position with fever!

Typical Chinese board game.
